Our carefully selected Associates are all very experienced and have worked with us and/or have been trained and supervised with us over many years. They are trained, accredited and formally abide by the professional coaching ethics in their specialist fields, delivering Executive Coaching, Systemic Team Coaching, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and Coaching Supervision and bespoke training in all these fields.
Dependent on your need, location, field of specialism, face to face or via Zoom we tailor the Associates to you or your company preferences.
All are specialists in leadership coaching and development for organizations, teams and individuals within both public and private sectors. We regard the following qualifications as a minimum for our Associates.
- At least 5 years’ experience of coaching C-suite leaders.
- Prior experience holding a senior leadership position in an organisation with demonstrable success.
- A blue-chip client list relevant to your specialist sector.
- Advanced qualifications in executive coaching and/or systemic team coaching and/or organizational development from a leading academy.
- Are in on-going supervision.
- Are passionate and committed to making a difference to individuals, teams, organizations and the wider eco-system.
