Professor Peter Hawkins
Director and CEO
Peter is one of the Global top 100 coaches and the international thought leader in systemic coaching, executive teams, and board development. He is an Emeritus Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School, Honorary President of the Association of Executive Coaching and Chairman of Renewal Associates and joint founder and Dean of the Global Team Coaching Institute.
He has been a keynote speaker at many international conferences on learning organization, leadership, and executive coaching and teaches and leads masterclasses in Systemic Team Coaching in over 50 different countries.
He is the author of many best-selling books and papers in the fields of leadership, board and team coaching, systemic coaching, supervision, and organizational transformation (including Leadership Team Coaching, 2021 (4th ed); Leadership Team Coaching in Practice, 2022 (3rd ed); Systemic Coaching (2020, with Eve Turner); Supervision in the Helping Professions (2020, with Aisling McMahon) and Integrative Psychotherapy (2020, with Judy Ryde); Coaching, Mentoring and Organizational Consultancy: Supervision, Skills and Development (2013, with Nick Smith); Creating a Coaching Culture, 2012; and The Wise Fool’s Guide to Leadership, O Books, 2005.
Peter was joint founder, in 1986, of Bath Consultancy Group and its chairman until the company was sold in 2010 and has chaired three other company boards as well as being a trustee director of several charities.
Peter Hawkins has consulted to a wide range of governments, and leading commercial, financial and professional organizations including Fortune 100 and FtSE 100 international companies
He now supervises and mentors many coaching and consultancy businesses internationally as well as running international trainings and masterclasses.
He lives on the edge of Bath, UK with 37 acres which he shares, with many animals and trees as well as his children and grandchildren and leaders who come on courses and retreats.
Judy Ryde PhD
Director
Judy Ryde is a member of staff of the Centre for Supervision and Team Development where she has been running supervision programmes for 15 years including the Working with Difference module.
She is a co-founder of the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling which started in 1984 and where she was a trainer and supervisor for 25 years. As such she helped to develop their training programmes to national standards both professionally and academically. She is now a trustee and a member of their ethics committee.
Her doctoral research at The University of Bath was in the area of psychotherapy and difference of culture. Her thesis, completed in 2005, was entitled “Exploring White Racial Identity and its Impact on Psychotherapy and Psychotherapy Organisations”
The relationship between the socio/political and the psychological has always been an interest of hers and she is the co-founder and past chair of Psychotherapists and Counsellors for Social Responsibility (1994). She has written extensively on this subject and her book published in 2009 is entitled "Being White in the Helping Professions: Developing effective Intercultural Working”. She has chapters in several books on this subject including 2 chapters in The Handbook of Transcultural Counselling edited by Colin Lago in 2011.
Her interest in this area also led her to start a charity, now called The Trauma Foundation South West which provides free psychotherapy and counselling for refugees and asylum seekers. This started as a BCPC project in 2002. Besides seeing clients herself in this organisation she also provides the supervision for the organisation and has developed the organisational structures which hold and support those who work within it. In addition it has a number of key associates in many different countries.
Naysan Firoozmand
Chief Operating Officer and Head of Consultancy
Naysan is a Chartered Psychologist, Occupational Psychologist and coach with over 20 years of experience working with clients all over the world designing and delivering OD, leadership and coaching journeys to bring about significant and lasting positive change.
He has been keynote speaker at many international conferences on coaching and leadership development and has contributed to many articles and blogs on these topics over the years.
Naysan is a leader, manager, colleague, husband and father. He values all aspects of his life as they are what make him who he is and how he achieves balance in the way he approaches opportunity and challenge. He has recruited and led exceptional teams over the years, enabling them to grow and achieve great success with genuine purpose.
He values the skills and qualities of the people around him, and the collaboration and partnerships created, essential components for successful growth and which nurtures a culture that will continually renew for a positive future.

Jo Ellis
Executive Assistant and Project Manager
Jo has over 15 years’ experience working as a PA in construction, finance and real estate in the UK and Asia. Highly organised and proactive, she enjoys a challenge which is tackled calmly and methodically.
Jo has a positive and energetic approach and enjoys working with people, proven through her excellent relationship management skills.
Jo joined Renewal Associates in late 2020 and will be managing all client and associate relationships, Systemic Team Coaching courses, speaking engagements, retreats and Peter’s diary.

Natalie Bearman
Project Manager Systemic Team Coaching Virtual Programs
Natalie is the project manager for the collaboration between Renewal Associates and Coaching.com providing virtual Systemic Team Coaching programs at all levels.
Naturally inquisitive, attentive to detail, calm in her approach and such a friendly and pivotal to the virtual programs. Natalie always takes the initiative and is in control of all varying programs, keeping them on track.
Tech savvy, bringing new ways of working into the company that are smarter ways of working.
Based in Mauritius with her husband, two children, dog and cat, working remotely and enjoying the work/life balance.

Julie Jeffery
Head of Operations
Julie has over 30 years of experience in financial operations, management and IT solutions. Strong analytical skills, combined with a great attention to detail she is adept at ensuring tasks are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
Proactive, creative and a flexible thinking style in terms of administration, course administration, finance and IT gives a significant administration backup contribution to the team. Julie is highly effective in understanding and appreciating diversity and nuance and to flex style her approach accordingly.
